Our Team Steve Cassell, PE, PTOE Mr. Cassell is an Executive Member of ISM. He has over 25 years of experience encompassing several aspects of the civil engineering, most notably traffic and transportation engineering. Mr. Cassell has drawn acclaim for his innovative and cost-effective solutions to traffic engineering issues that included leading the efforts of installing several unconventional intersections such as Roundabouts, Contra-Flow Left-Turns, and Continuous Green “T”s. Mr. Cassell utilizes a unique perspective and approach in developing solutions by not only considering the solution to issue, but also considering the costs, right-of-way impacts, and long-term maintenance of the projects. Mr. Cassell has been involved in over $700 million in transportation projects and participated in over 300 public meetings. Our Team Michael Cannell Mr. Cannell joined ISM in 2022 and is a talented and diverse CAD Operator with over 30 years of multi-discipline engineering support experience. Prior to joining ISM, Mr. Cannell was a tenured Engineering Technician at Ardurra Engineering. He is currently the CADD Operator and Engineering Assistant facilitating the design plans for ISM’s Augusta, Albany, and Georgetown offices. Mr. Cannell executes plans and prepares drawings across multiple domains. His responsibilities include project design, water main and sewer development, and surveying. Additionally, he has extensive experience with electrical and mechanical drawings, piping, and instrumentation diagrams. Our Team Kiana Ladson-Wingate Mrs. Ladson-Wingate is Executive Assistant for Infrastructure Systems Management, LLC (ISM). She assists with administrative tasks, planning, scheduling, and grant writing. Mrs. Ladson-Wingate is the office liaison ensuring efficient operations and smooth workflows. She is a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention for details. Additionally, she assists ISM Team leaders manage their time, plan strategic meetings, and address daily challenges that can impact organizational goals. She prepares project-related reports and updates. Mrs. Ladson-Wingate is responsible for supporting ISM project planning strategies and objectives. Our Team Kendall Carpenter Mr. Carpenter is a Junior Inspector for Infrastructure Systems Management, LLC (ISM). He is responsible for assisting field representatives in observation and construction processes. His credentials include Awareness Certified Subcontractor through the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission. Additionally, he verifies that work being performed adheres to all relevant regulations, codes, standards, and contract specification. He ensures the work site and workers are operating properly, safely and project compliant. Mr. Carpenter’s attention to detail, professional mannerisms, team aptitude, and exceptional personal ethics make him an asset to the ISM team. Our Team Anthony Williams, Sr. Mr. Williams is an Executive Member of ISM. He has over 40 years of experience in the public and private sector including two years as the Assistant Director of Engineering for the Maintenance Infrastructure Division, ten years as the Construction Manager, nine years as a Civil Engineer IV for Augusta, GA. Mr. Williams also has twenty years in Nuclear Plant, Private and Commercial Construction. Mr. Williams oversees the QA/QC, plan review and project management of ISM’s infrastructure projects. Mr. Williams has successfully performed project management for over 200 projects during his tenure with the City of Augusta. Those projects had a combine value of over $250 million. Our Team Merideth Pool, PE Mrs. Pool is a Project Manager and Senior Design Engineer for Infrastructure Systems Management, LLC (ISM). She is a licensed professional engineer with a Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission Level II certification responsible for studies and designs. She has over twenty years of experience in the planning and design of civil engineering projects. Additionally, she is well versed in designing sanitary sewers, storm sewers, stormwater detention systems, erosion, and sedimentation control BMPs, inspections, land development, estimation, and planning. He has also performed both program and project management services for various private engineering companies and municipalities, and has successfully managed, designed, and constructed, over 250 projects during his tenure with the City of Augusta. Those projects had a combined value of over $800 million. Projects consisted of bridges, dams, levee systems, roads/streets, storm drainage systems, sanitary sewer systems, street lighting, traffic signals, and airports.
