Our Team Kendall Carpenter Mr. Carpenter is a Junior Inspector for Infrastructure Systems Management, LLC (ISM). He is responsible for assisting field representatives in observation and construction processes. His credentials include Awareness Certified Subcontractor through the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission. Additionally, he verifies that work being performed adheres to all relevant regulations, codes, standards, and contract specification. He ensures the work site and workers are operating properly, safely and project compliant. Our Team Eric Hinds Mr. Hinds is a Senior Project Manager for Infrastructure Systems Management, LLC (ISM) after 15 years in the public sector, as the Engineering & Construction Manager for Columbia County Water Utility. He has extensive experience with water utility to include engineering, inspections, and construction of projects in direct coordination with other departments. Mr. Hinds provided expertise in design, costing, value engineering and forecasting expansion for water and sewer needs including GIS Mapping. Additionally, Mr. Hinds served in the private sector as a Staff Engineer for over 18 years working on various civil-based projects ranging from surveying, design, plan, and specification preparation to water modeling.
