Our Team Abie Ladson, PE Mr. Ladson is an Executive Member of ISM. He has over 25 years of experience in planning, designing, constructing, and maintaining civil infrastructure systems. He has also performed both program and project management services for various private engineering companies and municipalities, and has successfully managed, designed, and constructed, over 250 projects during his tenure with the City of Augusta. Those projects had a combined value of over $800 million. Projects consisted of bridges, dams, levee systems, roads/streets, storm drainage systems, sanitary sewer systems, street lighting, traffic signals, and airports. Abie is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Iowa.
