Mr. Williams is an Executive Member of ISM.  He has over 40 years of experience in the public and private sector including two years as the Assistant Director of Engineering for the Maintenance Infrastructure Division, ten years as the Construction Manager, nine years as a Civil Engineer IV for Augusta, GA.  Mr. Williams also has twenty years in Nuclear Plant, Private and Commercial Construction.  Mr. Williams oversees the QA/QC, plan review and project management of ISM’s infrastructure projects.  Mr. Williams has successfully performed project management for over 200 projects during his tenure with the City of Augusta. Those projects had a combine value of over $250 million.
