Eric Hinds
Mr. Hinds is a Senior Project Manager for Infrastructure Systems Management, LLC (ISM) after 15 years in the public sector, as the Engineering & Construction Manager for Columbia County Water Utility. He has extensive experience with water utility to include engineering, inspections, and construction of projects in direct coordination with other departments. Mr. Hinds provided expertise in design, costing, value engineering and forecasting expansion for water and sewer needs including GIS Mapping. Additionally, Mr. Hinds served in the private sector as a Staff Engineer for over 18 years working on various civil-based projects ranging from surveying, design, plan, and specification preparation to water modeling. Most notably he serves as a subject matter expert for water & sewer design and relocation-based projects. Mr. Hinds has extensive experience with Georgia Department of Transportation based utility relocation projects.
