Mr. Carpenter is a Junior Inspector for Infrastructure Systems Management, LLC (ISM). He is responsible for assisting field representatives in observation and construction processes. His credentials include Awareness Certified Subcontractor through the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission. Additionally, he verifies that work being performed adheres to all relevant regulations, codes, standards, and contract specification.  He ensures the work site and workers are operating properly, safely and project compliant. Mr. Carpenter’s attention to detail, professional mannerisms, team aptitude, and exceptional personal ethics make him an asset to the ISM team.
