Our Team Michael Cannell Mr. Cannell joined ISM in 2022 and is a talented and diverse CAD Operator with over 30 years of multi-discipline engineering support experience. Prior to joining ISM, Mr. Cannell was a tenured Engineering Technician at Ardurra Engineering. He is currently the CADD Operator and Engineering Assistant facilitating the design plans for ISM’s Augusta, Albany, and Georgetown offices. Mr. Cannell executes plans and prepares drawings across multiple domains. His responsibilities include project design, water main and sewer development, and surveying. Additionally, he has extensive experience with electrical and mechanical drawings, piping, and instrumentation diagrams. Previous Portfolio Daniel Field Airport Skinner Mill Road Augusta, Ga Skinner Mill Road Widening and Realignment is a Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST) 7 roadway project that extends from Boy Scout Road to Walton Way Extension. It is 2.4 miles in length and includes traffic safety and operations for vehicles, bikes and pedestrians, roadway widening, stormwater, and water and sanitary improvements. This project will also reconfigure the intersections of Skinner Mill Road with Robert C. Daniel Boulevard as well as Walton Way Extension.
